SoftConstruct is looking for a Junior Help Desk Specialist (Night Shift) / VBET.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely response to all incidents, outages and performance alerts
- Identify, troubleshoot and categorize issues for escalation
- Monitor and maintain applications, servers and networks
- Use a wide set of technical tools to troubleshoot production incident
Required Qualifications:
- Previous networking and monitoring experience is an advantage
- Basic understanding of Server Administration (Windows/Linux)
- Ability to work in shifts
- Betting and gambling industry knowledge is an advantage
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
