Overview
Esterox is looking for a Junior IT Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support the organization and management of all project phases
- Assist in creating resource estimates for project implementation
- Collaborate with the development team, help coordinate daily operations with Team Leads on projects
- Prepare and manage project documentation for stakeholders
- Arrange and participate in meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to efforts aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Completion of a project management training course is required
- Some experience or internship in IT project management is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- An interest in gaining international experience in project management
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written
