- Install, configure and maintain computer and network systems within the company
- Provide daily support to internal staff, addressing technical, hardware and software issues
- Offer professional assistance and system support to enhance organizational operations.
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum of one year of experience in IT technical support
- Proficient in Windows/MacOS, Microsoft Office 365 and OSI network models
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and related technology
- Skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware & software
- Experience with remote desktop applications and ticketing systems
- Excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, time management and communication skills
- Proven ability as a team player with strong problem-solving capabilities.
