Landmark Capital is looking for a Junior Lawyer.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including financial and corporate governance standards
  • Monitor legislative changes and help update company policies and procedures accordingly
  • Draft and review contracts and agreements under supervision, ensuring legal accuracy and compliance
  • Support legal risk assessments and help identify potential legal issues
  • Assist in managing legal disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Help maintain and update legal documentation and policy manuals
Provide basic legal support to internal departments on day-to-day matters
Support in legal research, document preparation, and case tracking
Assist in managing corporate governance, licensing and legal filings
Perform other legal-related duties as assigned by the CEO or Legal Team Lead
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
  • 0–2 years of legal experience, preferably in finance, investment, or corporate law
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and professional integrity
  • Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian
