Overview

Junior Product Owner is involved in the product development and improvement processes with the main focus on development of Enterprise Messaging and other or digital services.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Product Manager/Product Owner of products/services assigned
  • Support in preparation of service description (requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, communication materials)
  • Follow up on implementation process
  • Pre-launch testing
  • Post-launch analysis
  • Provide full operational and technical support for the Enterprise Messaging services, acting as the main point of contact for partners
  • Organize and manage complete client onboarding, interface setup, guidance, and ongoing support
  • Respond to all client inquiries via all available communication channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service-related questions and issues
  • Actively communicate with technical, product, sales and operations teams to resolve client issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in business or technical related fields
  • High GPA in mathematics
  • Basic knowledge in marketing
  • Understanding of local market and customer behavior
  • Good knowledge of statistics (as percentages, averages, etc.)
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office
  • Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian
  • Business acumen
  • Problem solving
Nice To Have:
  • Experience in IT or telecommunication field is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in UI/UX would be a plus
  • Communicating and negotiating skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Team work and conflict-resolution skills
