Globbing is looking for a Junior QA engineer.

Responsibilities:
  • Write test cases throughout the development lifecycle of complex web applications
  • Create and manage the required documentation
  • Participate in sprint planning activities
  • Collaborate with QA team members to plan schedule collectively and perform tests
  • Setup and configure test environments and import test data
  • Perform API Testing
  • Work closely with the development team to perform early testing on components before integration builds
  • Manage and monitor defect tracking and proactively identify risks to management
  • Report QA status, to keep project stakeholders informed on deliverables and timelines
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest QA trends and best practices.
  • Required qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in manual QA position
  • Experience in web, mobile applications testing
  • Experience on back-end testing including APIs
  • Experience in creating test cases
  • Knowledge of QA and software development lifecycle, methodology and processes
  • Knowledge of programming languages will be an asset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 2 nose hole availability is mandatory
