Overview
SourceCode Development is looking for an flexible PHP developer to join our team who is willing to handle tasks of varying complexity. In this position, you will mainly work on back-end development, but depending on the task, front-end tasks are also possible. The work implies cooperation with the general team: senior programmers, tech leaders and designers.
- Building web applications using pure PHP
- Development of back-end portals with an optimized database
- Building Rest APIs
- Work with PHP framework: Laravel
- Working with WordPress CMS
- Acquiring new skills and technologies on the job
- Cooperation with Front-end and Back-end specialists to plan and implement the product,
- Initiative in solving important tasks.
- Education in IT or related fields
- Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming
- Web Servers understanding (Apache/Nginx)
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL databases
- Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Laravel would be a plus
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS would be a plus
- Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5
- Proficient with code versioning tools including Git
