Overview
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of the software and documentation processes for onboarding new employees
- Ensuring system processing of leave requests, vacations, and business trips
- Managing system and documentation updates related to changes in salary, position, employment rate, and other essential employment terms
- Providing employees with certificates, extracts, and reference letters
- Processing bonuses and other additional payments for employees in the system
- Maintaining work and rest schedules and participating in the payroll process
- Extracting, processing, and providing statistical data and other reports related to employee information
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of work experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Human Resources management policies and Labor Code will be considered an advantage
