Overview
We are seeking a dedicated LIS Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and user support of Laboratory Information Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install and perform initial configuration of LIS solutions
- Provide user training and ongoing technical support
- Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous monitoring of deployed systems
- Manage and track requests directed to the software department, ensuring timely resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Higher or incomplete higher technical education
- Solid knowledge of the Windows operating system
- Experience with LINUX is an advantage
- Excellent command of Armenian; good command of Russian and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
