Overview
We are on the lookout for a Lead Brand Designer to join our Design Department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine brand assets such as typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates
- Own and evolve the visual identity across all brands and products
- Create visual materials to support brand communication and internal needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
- Lead brand consistency across all touchpoints (SMM, CRM, product, marketing)
- Define and maintain brand guidelines and ensure their correct implementation
- Review and provide feedback on design outputs to maintain high quality standards
- Drive creative direction for campaigns, launches, and key visuals
- Support and mentor designers in brand-related tasks
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in brand design or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems and visual identity work
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into visual solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
