Overview

We’re looking for a Lead Creative Producer to head our Ads Creative Production team and drive the development of high-impact ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You’ll lead a team of Creative Producers focused on delivering static and video ads that meet critical performance KPIs (CR, CPA, ROAS) for our UA team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining creative oversight, AI-augmented workflows, and performance analysis. You’ll shape creative strategy, streamline production pipelines, and ensure the consistent delivery of top-performing assets that scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and optimize the full creative production process for UA ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of static and video creatives that meet or exceed performance benchmarks
  • Define and evolve creative direction in partnership with UA, internal design and AI teams
  • Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, asset variation, editing support, and workflow acceleration
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of Creative Producers, supporting their growth, output, and performance
  • Promote AI literacy within the team and embed AI-assisted tools in the daily creative pipeline
  • Review and approve creative concepts and outputs before launch
  • Analyze creative performance across all key metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate quickly based on results
  • Launch new creative initiatives and experiments aimed at improving conversion rates throughout the funnel
  • Use AI-powered analytics and dashboards to identify patterns, insights, and testing opportunities
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all UA creative needs
  • Manage inbound creative requests, oversee pipelines, and align stakeholders on priorities
  • Identify and onboard external creative partners (freelancers, studios, AI-powered content providers) as needed
  • Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-effective production
  • Own quarterly production plans and creative testing roadmaps
  • Drive experimentation using both traditional and AI-enhanced formats, with a focus on CR improvement and velocity
  • Ensure consistent use of production tools, asset tracking systems, and reporting frameworks
  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitor ads to inform creative strategy, using AI-based trend analysis tools where applicable
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google
  • Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance
  • Proven experience driving measurable business impact — increasing revenue, ROAS, or conversion rates through creative testing, production, and optimization
  • Proficiency with AI tools for creative production, optimization, testing, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Replicate, Lovable, etc.)
  • Proven experience managing a creative team delivering high-volume, high-performance assets
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative intuition + data mindset — you know how to balance storytelling with performance
  • Experience working with design teams, video editors, and performance marketers
  • Strong analytic and reporting skills : A data-driven, strategic mindset with experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, structured, with excellent project management, communication, and training skills, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech Adaptability: Quick to learn new technologies and tools, adaptability to changes.
  • Collaboration Skills: Team-oriented, proactive, and critical thinker.
