IDBank CJSC is looking for a Leading Specialist of the Strategy and Innovation Unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducts a regular comparative analysis of the indicators of Armenia’s banking system, studies the competitive environment of the Bank and identifies the strengths and weaknesses of possible competitors
  • Prepares semi-annual and annual reports on the Bank’s activities
  • Carries out a regular research and analysis of the data available in the Bank’s databases in order to set targets for certain areas of the Bank’s activities, submits proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of the Bank activities, etc.
  • Calculates the Bank's target indicators on a regular basis to ensure ongoing tracking of target implementation and to detect deviation
  • Prepares medium- and long-term forecasts of macroeconomic variables as well as individual indicators of the Bank's activities
  • Studies innovations used in the international and local banking systems on a regular basis, evaluates the feasibility of investments in the Bank, develops proposals, compiles and submits relevant reports
  • Conducts research and analytical work related to the introduction of new products and the implementation of other projects, and participates in project management
  • Assesses the influence of the macroeconomic situation on the RA banking system and the Bank's activities on a regular basis, identifying opportunities and dangers to the banking system's development
  • Participates in the process of defining the Bank’s strategy, performing the relevant analyses and assessments, building a strategy vision, and developing the Bank’s strategy itself
  • Prepares regular updates on the progress of building the Bank’s strategy
  • Conducts other analyses as directed by the immediate supervisor, prepares other reports, or completes other assignments
  • Performs other functions as defined by the Bank’s internal legal acts
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher economic education
  • At least 2 years of experience in the banking system
  • Knowledge of banking activities, banking products and services
  • Knowledge of banking legislation
  • Knowledge of macroeconomics
  • Computer knowledge, skills of working with large databases, basic knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of methods of compiling regression models, making forecasts
  • Analysis and research skills
  • Skills in compiling and presenting reports, presentations
  • Proactive mindset and independence
  • Knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective teamwork ability
  • Punctuality and sense of responsibility
  • Strong work ethics
