Title: Level Designer
– Take ownership of level design from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a smooth and engaging player experience aligned with the core gameplay vision.
– Design, build, and iterate high-quality level layouts tailored for FPS / action gameplay, with a strong focus on flow, pacing, and combat scenarios.
– Craft layouts that support intense combat encounters, smart AI pathing, and player agency in fast-paced environments.
– Implement player guidance systems to ensure intuitive navigation even during chaotic action sequences.
– Use terrain, structures, and verticality to create strategic opportunities and diverse tactical options for players.
– Integrate occlusion, cover systems, line of sight control, and funneling techniques to enhance gameplay rhythm and technical performance.
– Place and tune gameplay elements such as AI, triggers, objectives, pickups, and interactive set-pieces.
– Iterate based on frequent playtesting and telemetry to refine pacing, difficulty, and player flow.
