Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze loan applications submitted by individual customers
  • Make decisions on applications, approve or reject
  • Assess customer income, creditworthiness, and solvency in line with Bank internal requirements
  • Process collected data, prepare reports
  • Execute assignments from the department head
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in economics or finance
  • Have at least 2 years of work experience in a bank or financial institution, including 1 year in retail lending
  • Demonstrate analytical skills
  • Possess computer skills (MS Office, banking software including AS Bank)
  • Demonstrate ability to act quickly in complex situations and make decisions
