Galaxy Group of Companies is looking for a Logistics & Aftersales Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Manage and coordinate the entire supply chain process, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution of Technogym products in Armenia
  • Inventory Control: Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing holding costs
  • Shipment Oversight: Supervise the receiving, inspection, and distribution of products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other partners to optimize logistics processes and costs
  • Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with local regulations and company policies
  • Customer Support: Oversee the after-sales service team to provide high-quality support to customers, addressing issues such as installation, maintenance, and repair of Technogym equipment
  • Service Coordination: Plan and manage the scheduling of service technicians for on-site visits and remote support
  • Warranty Management: Administer warranty claims and processes, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Develop and offer extended warranty packages for customers
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in after-sales service
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics and after-sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Training: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, particularly in customer service and technical support
  • Performance Management: Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and implement strategies to achieve departmental objectives
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline logistics and after-sales processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage technology and systems to improve logistics tracking, inventory management, and customer service
  • KPI Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of logistics and after-sales operations
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met with high standards of service
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for complex customer issues, resolving them promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and after-sales management, preferably in the fitness or consumer electronics industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in logistics software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles
  • Fluency in English and Armenian; Russian language skills are a plus
