Logistics and Procurement Specialist

• Constantly study the foreign market according to the quality and price standards of the company
• Control the complete process of supply and purchase of goods needed by the company
• Attract and negotiate with new suppliers and rate offers
• To carry out the banking processes related to the prices of supplied products, terms, other points of the contracts
• Analyze the best price and product offers from different companies
• Generate reports as required
• Follow up on the proper preparation of import documents and transport documents
• Coordinate customs procedures, ensuring the availability of necessary documents
• Control the process of storage and distribution of goods
• Organize efficient transportation routes and control cargo transportation costs
• Cooperate with transport and logistics service providers
• Collaborate with different departments of the organization to ensure information flows and work together

• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English, good knowledge of Russian
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking, data collection skills
