Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate import and export shipments from booking to delivery
  • Communicate with carriers, agents, customs brokers, and clients
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of logistics operations
  • Maintain shipment records and provide regular updates to customers
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and Incoterms
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics software
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
