Overview
MainSolution is looking for a hard-working, energetic, and responsible Product Manager. As a Product Manager your core responsibilities will revolve around obtaining high-level requirements from C-level management and key stakeholders, conducting thorough research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and execute product roadmaps and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas;
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market trends;
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to iterate and improve design concepts;
- Create comprehensive product requirement documents and specifications;
- Identify potential risks and challenges in product development and implement mitigation strategies;
- Monitor the success of product launches, gathering feedback, and analyzing market response to make necessary adjustments to future strategies;
- Monitor payment metrics, analyze transaction data, and generate reports to identify trends, optimize payment processes, and improve financial performance;
- Foster strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and QA.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on startup projects from inception;
- In-depth knowledge of the target market, customer needs, and industry trends;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a creative mindset to innovate and think outside the box;
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including charting and sprint planning;
- Ability to define and articulate a clear and compelling vision for the product;
- Formulating and executing an effective product strategy aligned with business objectives.
