Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's HRM strategy and procedures aligned with its goals and strategy.
- Organize, coordinate, and oversee the HR department's activities to achieve defined objectives and procedures.
- Design and implement personnel evaluation, rewards, career development, and motivation systems.
- Prepare and monitor the HRM department budget and performance metrics.
- Coordinate employee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Foster an effective work culture.
- Ensure organization and coordination of personnel management activities in compliance with RA legislation and internal Company policies.
