MainSolution is looking for an HR manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's HRM strategy and procedures aligned with its goals and strategy.
  • Organize, coordinate, and oversee the HR department's activities to achieve defined objectives and procedures.
  • Design and implement personnel evaluation, rewards, career development, and motivation systems.
  • Prepare and monitor the HRM department budget and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate employee recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Foster an effective work culture.
  • Ensure organization and coordination of personnel management activities in compliance with RA legislation and internal Company policies.
