Overview
Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Maintenance Worker.
Responsibilities:
- carry out ongoing repair and maintenance of the office space
- supervise interior design works
- solve the issues connected with power supply and maintenance of the office
- organize repair of electric, mechanical and other equipment and devices
- organize supply of diesel fuel to the head office and branches, secure uninterrupted operation of diesel generators, - preventive maintenance of generators
- solve power supply, lighting, air conditioning, minor repairs and other technical issues at the head office and branches
- organize preventive maintenance of diesel generators of air conditioners at all branches and the head office once every 6 months
- perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
Required Qualifications:
- University degree is desirable
- Commitment, accuracy, systemic approach to work
- Stress tolerance and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of Outlook and AS Bank will be a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility and team-player skills
- Driving skills and availability of a driver’s license
- Knowledge of Armenian and Russian
