Overview

“EvocaBank CJSC” is looking for a “Management Board Staff Coordinator”.

Responsibilities:


- Receive and organize the preliminary processing of documents
- Implement the process of registration and account the outgoing documents
- Provide advice to employees on ensuring document circulation
- Set up and record credit committee meetings
- Organize docflow sent from courier service
- Implement other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Required Qualifications:


- University degree in finance
- At least one year of professional experience (experience in financial field will be a plus)
- Knowledge of MC Office
- Ability to navigate and be successful in a fast-paced environment
- Initiative and sense of responsibility
- Advanced communication skills
- Good command of Russian and English languages
