As Manager of Digital Content, you’ll lead teams at the intersection of creativity and analytics—ensuring every video, module, and curriculum decision is both educationally excellent and proven to drive learning outcomes. Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Content Efficacy: Direct the Content Analysts in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and learning metrics for all content, including video, interactive modules, and curriculum.
  • Data Analysis and Content Efficacy: Conduct comprehensive analysis of content performance metrics and customer feedback from multiple channels (surveys, reviews, support tickets) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; translate these insights into actionable recommendations that drive content optimization, personalization strategies, and improved learner outcomes.
  • Data Analysis and Content Efficacy: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital content, establishing regular reporting mechanisms that communicate performance trends and inform strategic decisions on content development, resource allocation, and personalized learning experiences across customer segments.
  • Data Analysis and Content Efficacy: Ensure the team utilizes appropriate data tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, BI platforms) to perform robust analysis of large datasets.
  • AI Integration: Demonstrated ability to design, model, and implement multi-step AI agent workflows (e.g., planning, memory, tool use) for business process automation.
  • AI Integration: Direct experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, or open-source alternatives into production systems or workflows.
  • Educational Content Strategy: Serve as the primary advocate for the educational quality of all content, ensuring videos and curriculum are aligned with modern instructional design principles and learning theory.
  • Educational Content Strategy: Guide the Video Development team on creative execution, tone, and format to maximize learner engagement while maintaining educational rigor.
  • Educational Content Strategy: Develop and manage the strategic content roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on a combination of educational impact, market demand, and data-backed performance gaps.
  • Educational Content Strategy: Collaborate closely with product and curriculum teams to ensure seamless content delivery and integration within the broader learning platform.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a combined team of Content Analysts and Video Developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared accountability for learning outcomes.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Set clear performance goals for both the analytical and creative functions, ensuring alignment with overall business and educational objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Management: Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development planning for all direct reports.
Nice To Have:

  • Familiarity with Learning Record Stores (LRS) and xAPI specifications
  • Experience managing creative or media production teams (video, animation)
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, Statistical/Data Sciences, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience in educational content and data analysis)
  • Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in content development, data analysis, or educational research, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
  • Data Expertise: Proven ability to work independently with large datasets; proficiency in SQL and demonstrable experience with statistical software (e.g., Python/Pandas, R) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for complex data manipulation and visualization
  • Content Knowledge: Strong understanding of current learning theories (e.g., cognitive load theory, multimedia learning principles) and how to apply them to digital content
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical findings and educational reasoning to technical and non-technical audiences
