Overview
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote rooms, events, F&B outlets, and special offers
- Collaborate with design, content, and external agencies to produce promotional materials
- Oversee website content, SEO, and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Monitor digital ad performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and suggest optimizations
- Assist with press releases and communication with media partners
- Ensure all visuals, signage, and promotional materials align with brand standards
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and suggest improvements
- Support hotel events, influencer collaborations, and seasonal activations
- Coordinate with operations teams for on-property marketing efforts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
- Fluent in Armenian and English
