Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and assets for marketing campaigns across digital channels (paid ads, social media, website, email, landing pages, presentations)
- Design and produce visual content including graphics, layouts, basic motion assets, and marketing collateral
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, performance marketers, and content teams to align creative output with campaign goals and KPIs
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-quality creative executions while also evolving the brand creatively
- Adapt and localize creative assets for different audiences, platforms, and formats
- Support A/B testing initiatives by producing creative variations and iterating based on performance data
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Stay informed on design, content, and digital marketing trends to proactively propose creative improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a creative, design, or marketing role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused creative work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and creative best practices for performance
- Ability to balance creativity with strategic and business objectives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and strong time-management capabilities
