Marketing Manager

• Development and implementation of a strategy for positioning the company in the market
• Market monitoring, research and efficiency analysis
• Development and implementation of activities, search for new advertising channels
• Working with a CRM module (SMS and email, customer base management, segmentation)
• Digital marketing: SMM, online marketing control: managing promotion channels, approving content plans, promoting in social networks, posting publications
• Preparation and submission of reports on expenses for the finance department
• Organization, maintenance and coordination of events, master classes, webinars to increase sales
• Attracting partners and communicating with them. Co-marketing
• Coordination of communications and direct communication with the public and the media
• Working with a designer (landing page, POSM, setting tasks, drawing up technical specifications, monitoring implementation)
• Interaction with advertising agencies, printing houses, print and electronic media, contractors, etc

• Relevant higher education
• Relevant work experience of 2+ years
• Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate
• Discipline and ability to work within tight deadlines and strict KPIs
• Ability to work with both data and people
• Working knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English
• Working knowledge of Figma
• Graphic design skills (Adobe packages, Corel)
• HTML skills (creating landing pages, emailing)
• Good command of office packages (MS Office, iWork, Google Docs, Evernote)
• Passion for technology, proficient with computers and various operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
