Digitain LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager | Imagine Live, Romania.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Execute Local Strategies: Develop and implement marketing plans specifically tailored to the Romanian market, aligned with global objectives.
  • Local Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns in Romania, collaborating with the Armenian marketing team for execution support.
  • Content Localization: Oversee the adaptation and cultural alignment of marketing content, ensuring it resonates with the Romanian audience.
  • Visual Content Coordination: Manage local video and photoshoot productions, working with vendors to create high-quality visuals for campaigns and branding.
  • Event Organization: Plan and execute participation in local events, exhibitions, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with local influencers and affiliate partners to boost visibility and credibility in Romania.
  • Vendor and Budget Oversight: Source and coordinate with local vendors for BTL materials, ensuring efficient use of the allocated budget.
  • Ensure Compliance: Work with the legal team to ensure all marketing activities adhere to Romanian regulations and GDPR requirements.
  • Collaboration with Armenia Team: Act as the bridge between the Romanian market and the Armenian marketing team, ensuring smooth communication and integration of efforts.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor the success of local marketing initiatives, prepare detailed performance reports, and provide insights and recommendations to the CMO.
  • Administrative Oversight: Handle local contracts, invoice collections, and other administrative tasks required to support marketing activities.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Experience with event planning and managing influencer/affiliate partnerships.
  • Proficiency in content localization and understanding cultural nuances in marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads Manager) to track and report performance.
  • Basic budgeting and financial oversight skills for managing local marketing budgets.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian; knowledge of Armenian is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with the Armenian marketing team and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks, such as contract coordination and invoice processing.
  • Creative & Strategic Thinking:
  • Ability to contribute innovative ideas for local campaigns and events that align with global marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of Compliance:
  • Familiarity with Romanian advertising and GDPR regulations to ensure marketing activities adhere to legal requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Comfortable using marketing tools such as CRM platforms, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools.
  • Work Ethic:
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage tasks without direct supervision.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for events and exhibitions.
