Evoca is looking for Marketing Project Manager, who will oversee the planning, development, and execution of marketing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Who will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, creative, and technical departments, to deliver campaigns and initiatives that align with company goals. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure seamless collaboration between departments

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management;
  • Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies;
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, digital, PR, etc.) and external vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives;
  • Track project progress, monitor performance metrics, and report on key deliverables to stakeholders;
  • Conduct post-project analysis to identify success factors and areas for improvement, providing actionable feedback;
  • Ensure all project stakeholders are aligned, managing expectations and providing regular updates;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new marketing strategies and initiatives to improve brand visibility and market share;
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained;
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing project management, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns or initiatives;
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
  • Ability to analyze project data, track KPIs, and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and sales departments;
  • Proactive and able to anticipate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and come up with solutions;
  • Experience managing project budgets and allocating resources effectively.
