Overview
SoftConstruct is looking for a Marketing , Social Media Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage marketing activities to promote FeedConstruct’s B2B data feed products and support lead generation goals
- Oversee and grow FeedConstruct’s corporate social media presence, ensuring consistent and professional brand communication
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, product, sales) to ensure timely execution of paid campaigns and product promotions
- Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to inform targeting and positioning strategies
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.) and provide recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation, lead nurturing, and marketing-to-sales alignment
- Maintain marketing dashboards and regularly report on key metrics to track effectiveness and ROI
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and industry standards in all paid and social activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role
- Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Meta Ads campaigns; Google Ads is a strong plus
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Experience managing corporate social media accounts (especially LinkedIn) with a B2B focus
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track, evaluate, and optimize performance
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding of the iGaming or sports data industry is a plus
