New City Projects is looking for a Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Creative Thinking & Ideation: Lead the generation of original ideas and creative concepts across all marketing initiatives. Apply innovative thinking to develop unique approaches to branding, messaging, and campaign execution
  • Content & Campaign Innovation: Continuously seek new formats, tools, and trends to enhance engagement and differentiate the company’s voice in the marketplace
  • Problem-Solving Through Creativity: Tackle marketing challenges with imaginative, data-informed solutions that align with strategic goals and resonate with target audiences
  • Market Research Planning: Design and execute research initiatives to understand target markets, competitors, and trends. Define objectives, choose effective methods (surveys, interviews, focus groups), and manage timelines
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to uncover insights that inform strategic direction
  • Consumer Behavior Analysis: Explore customer motivations, preferences, and buying behavior to shape marketing approaches
  • Market Analysis & Goal Setting: Conduct detailed market assessments to identify opportunities and competitive positioning. Establish marketing goals aligned with business strategy
  • Target Audience Identification & Segmentation: Define customer segments and tailor strategies to meet the specific needs and preferences of each group
  • Positioning & Differentiation: Develop a strong Unique Value Proposition (UVP) and ensure clear market differentiation
  • Marketing Strategy Formulation: Craft multi-channel marketing strategies that support business objectives, drive engagement, and generate leads
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Marketing, Economics, or related fields
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the field of marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales programs and tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Ability to build strong business relationships
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
