KNAUF Armenia LLC is expanding its team and is looking for a self-motivated, proactive, professional candidate with utmost personal integrity for the position of Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Manager will implement all marketing activities of the company under leadership of Country Sales Manager. In addition, the Marketing Specialist will perform duties and activities related to the sales support and reporting.
Terms: Full-time (8 hours, 5 days per week). Location: Armenia, Yerevan․ Remuneration/Salary: starting from 600,000 AMD (Gross) depending on performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the company's building materials and solutions
  • Assistance and coordination of actions for the creation and implementation of the company's website
  • Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and more
  • Assisting in the creation and planning of engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.), blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials in English, Armenian, and Russian. Assisting and coordinating the production of video and photo content for use on digital marketing platforms
  • Market research, competitor analysis and audit of the needs of the target audience. Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and market demands to develop data-driven marketing strategies that align with company goals
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and social media analytics platforms, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining marketing databases, tracking project milestones, and coordinating communications with suppliers and partners
  • Engage with customers through social media channels (reply to comments, messages, etc.) and help manage the community
  • Assistance in organizing and holding conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and other professional events
  • Assistance in the implementation of the company's educational projects
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience in marketing (with a focus on digital marketing and social media), preferably in the B2B segment or the construction industry
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian (written and oral)
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the possibility of collaboration between different departments and with external suppliers
  • Be able to work with online marketing tools (Google Ads, email marketing, social media targeting, contextual advertising)
  • A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Experience in international markets is highly desirable
  • Experience in video editing and content creation will be a plus
  • B class driver license with at least 3 year driving experience
