Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns focused on achieving measurable business results
  • Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CPL, conversion rates, audience quality, and overall results
  • Generate creative campaign ideas, concepts, hooks, and promotional approaches for different audiences and products
  • Research and test new audiences, creatives, formats, messages, and advertising approaches
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices
  • Monitor competitor activities and identify relevant market and content trends
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure they are delivered on time and with high quality
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience creating and managing lead generation campaigns
  • Good understanding of campaign metrics, funnels, targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong organizational and campaign management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines
