Overview
TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is looking for a Masis TUMO Center Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the TUMO Center
- Ensure the efficient use of resources, including staff, technology, and facilities
- Implement and enforce TUMO policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize center performance
- Represent TUMO in community events and host visitors
Required Qualifications:
- Highly dynamic and active personality with proven experience of team management
- Ability and willingness to lead, guide and motivate others towards a common goal
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, and to work in a changing environment
- Ability to assess and prioritize the different elements of a situation or problem and identify critical issues
- Higher degree from a recognized university
- Excellent communication skills, including written communication, personal interaction and public presentation in Armenian and English languages
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
