Overview

Responsibilities:
  • perform corrective maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment according to Equipment Manufacture, Best Practice, Siemens Energy internal Instructions
  • perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment according to work plan and statutory requirements
  • counter measures to solve Fault Notifications and to identify root causes
  • utilize plant management system for plant related tasks (e.g. reporting faults, performing work on site, requesting material)
  • continuously improve technical knowledge by attending training courses and practical training in the field
  • take responsibility for his/her actions, target and result oriented
  • interdepartmental assistance according to plant needs
  • protect the environment by avoiding and reducing unnecessary waste
  • ensure high quality and sustainable work results using efficient state-of-the-art methods (e.g. workmanship, report quality, tools, material, cleanliness) preserving Siemens Energy Image
  • Report to the Maintenance Manage
  • other responsibilities related to maintenance of the station, to support team and Plant’s other maintenance activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Mechanical-Technical education. A bachelor’s degree in a mechanical-technical field will be considered as advantage
  • 3-5 years of related work experience. Experience in energy sector will be considered as advantage
  • Experience in forklift operation, forklift driving license is advantage
  • Experience in bridge crane operation, crane driving license is advantage
  • Experience in parts fabrication is advantage
  • Experience in welding and Non-Destructive Testing are advantages
  • Knowledge of reading technical data sheets, drawings and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams is mandatory
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Armenian
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, Outlook, Cloud based databases experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (some experiences in working with foreigners)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude
  • Globally minded and eager to work with people from diverse backgrounds and hold diverse viewpoints
