SoftConstruct is looking for a Media Buyer / VBET.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, launch, and manage advertising campaigns for mobile app promotion across various platforms (Google UAC, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV)
  • Analyze and segment target audiences to improve conversion rates and lower cost per install
  • Manage advertising budgets to ensure the most efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visual and textual ad materials that drive conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and different user acquisition strategies
  • Monitor trends in the mobile app and advertising market to implement new solutions
  • Prepare reports and regularly present campaign results to management
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer, preferably with a focus on mobile apps
  • Proficiency with advertising systems: Google UAC, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other platforms for app promotion
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.) to track key metrics
  • Experience managing large budgets and achieving performance targets
  • Understanding of key mobile advertising metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights
  • Capable of multitasking and quickly adapting to changes in advertising campaigns
