Methodologist

• Policy and Procedure Development: Draft comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and best practices in project management and research activities
• Committees and Meetings: Facilitate different committees and board meetings to ensure proper minute taking and task allocation
• Project Management Systems: Embed and manage project management systems to facilitate proper task tracking and project coordination. Ensure systems are used effectively by all relevant stakeholders
• Methodology Design and Implementation: Design and implement robust methodologies for various research, analysis, and project management tasks. Tailor methodologies to fit specific project requirements and ensure they meet industry standards
• New Methodology Development: Develop new methodologies as needed to address emerging challenges and project needs. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate innovative approaches.Recommend improvements and adaptations to existing methodologies based on new findings, technologies, and feedback from stakeholders
• Data Analysis Oversight: Oversee the analysis of data to ensure accuracy, reliability, and validity. Apply statistical techniques and tools to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
• Collaboration and Support: Work closely with top management to understand project needs and provide methodological support. Offer guidance and expertise to enhance project outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Research Methodology, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a methodologist role or a related field, with proven expertise in research design, data analysis, and project management
• Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and tools
• Strong knowledge of labor code
• Proficiency in project management systems and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to design and implement complex methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt methodologies based on new findings and technologies
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is highly desirable
