Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
  • Collaborate closely with front-end developers and other team members to define objectives and design scalable, cohesive backend solutions that enhance user experience
  • Analyze existing systems, processes, and codebases to troubleshoot issues and identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Define, document, and communicate technical and architectural requirements clearly to stakeholders and team members
  • Continuously stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Laravel/PHP best practices to ensure modern and efficient development approaches
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Laravel framework
  • Strong proficiency in PHP (OOP, design patterns, clean code principles)
  • Excellent knowledge of Laravel 10+ (Eloquent ORM, Queues, Jobs, Events, Middleware, Service Containers, etc.)
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Solid understanding of SQL schema design and database optimization
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles and software architecture best practices
  • Version control using Git
  • Dependency management with Composer
