Overview
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals
- Translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and charting
- Build and maintain product roadmaps and delivery plans
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Define product goals and success criteria for features and releases
- Analyze product performance, user feedback, and business metrics to inform decisions
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support release planning and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Product Management experience in the iGaming industry
- Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, estimation, and charting
- Experience working directly with technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
