Overview
Azarian Growth Agency is looking for a Mid UI/UX Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to understand customer behavior, needs, and pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, landing pages, and digital products
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all digital assets
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design-to-development handoff
- Optimize UI/UX for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking processes
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility guidelines, and UX best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-aced environment
