Overview
Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversee the entire administrative part of hiring process, from signing employment contracts and agreements to preparing dismissal documents
- Process vacation requests and related documentation
- Track and calculate employee work schedules
- Maintain and update employee personal files
- Register and dismiss employees in the tax system
- Organize the employment contract termination process, including processing termination agreements/orders and entering data into relevant systems
- Develop and prepare HR reports upon management's request
- Support teammates in adapting to work processes and tools
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in an HR administrative departmen
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) for creating basic reports and performing calculations
- Basic mathematical skills
- Excellent command of the native language
- Good knowledge of English and Russian
- Solid understanding of labor legislation
- Expert knowledge of HR management systems and tools (e.g., Peopleforce, Eve, AS Wages, AMG Attendance, TaxService, Jira) for comprehensive HR administrative processes
