Overview
Fast Bank CJSC is looking for a Middle Technical Writer.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to understand product features and technical details
- Develop and maintain user guides, API documentation, release notes, and other technical documentation
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, concise, and accessible to the target audience
- Participate in improving documentation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and quality
- Maintain consistency in product messaging and user interface text (UX writing)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Linguistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Familiarity with documentation tools like Microsoft Word, Confluence, and image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Snagit, Microsoft Snipping Tool
- Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger (OpenAPI) and Postman
- Familiarity with UX Writing tools such as Loco Translations, CrowdIn, is a plus
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Experience in financial banking or related industry is a must
