Mid/Senior Application Engineer

• Hands-on development using Web technologies to ship state-of-the-art Krisp SDK, which provides various Voice AI technologies, such as Noise Cancellation, STT, and Accent Localization
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, actively integrate and support new features, and resolve technical challenges
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers who are integrating Krisp SDK into their applications and platforms
• Collaborate with customers’ engineering teams to identify & understand their technical challenges, needs and wants, providing customized solutions where required
• Respond timely and effectively to technical inquiries via email and Slack, and schedule online calls if necessary to help solve real customer problems
• Create technical documentation, wikis, application notes, and FAQs when required

• Solid software development experience with JavaScript building real products is a must, as you will often contribute to feature development and custom solution implementation
• Verbal and written English proficiency is a must, as you will be frequently communicating with customers
• Customer focus, a positive attitude, and the ability to ask questions to understand customer problems and situations - better are essential for this job
• Readiness to join an office-first work environment, as you will work with an extended team of Research and Engineering teammates who work from the office
• Experience working with audio stream processing in desktop operating systems or browsers is a plus
• Previous experience or knowledge of C++ is a plus
