Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and wireless access points
  • Monitor network performance and respond to incidents to ensure stable and uninterrupted connectivity
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures including firewalls and access control
  • Install and configure IT telecommunication equipment under established standards and procedures
  • Support connectivity between office locations, remote sites, and cloud environments
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and network diagrams
  • Coordinate with ISPs and vendors on routine service and equipment matters
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when appropriate
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in network administration or engineering
  • Practical knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi access points)
  • Understanding of core networking protocols — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP
  • Basic experience with routing concepts: IP addressing, VLANs, subnets, and at least one routing protocol (e.g. OSPF)
  • Familiarity with common network services (NAT, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Basic knowledge of firewall configuration and network security principles
  • Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix, Wireshark)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a structured team environment
  • Attention to detail and good organizational habits

  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English
