– Work schedule: 1 day on / 2 day off
– Working hours: 21։00 – 09:00
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of critical facilities, including boiler houses, pumping stations, UPS systems, and generators
- Monitor, operate, and adjust HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Detect, respond to, and eliminate emergency and malfunction situations in a timely manner
- Ensure proper operation of engineering and utility systems during the night shift
- Record identified issues and report incidents according to internal procedures
- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of the position
Required Qualifications:
- Technical education in Engineering, Electromechanics, Energy, or a related field
- Relevant experience in building maintenance, engineering systems, or technical operations
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and basic electrical/mechanical systems
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues and emergencies
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and reliability
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills
