Overview
Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Oversee all daily administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. This involves placing orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring all resources are readily available
- Operational Management: Maintain the physical office space to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment This includes coordinating with building management for maintenance, repairs, and security
- Financial & Budgetary Support: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as managing the office budget, processing invoices, and tracking expenses
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff, external vendors, and visitors
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails
- Administrative Support : Provide high-level administrative support to leadership and staff, which may include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements
- Event Coordination: Provide coordination and support for internal and external events
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative, office management, or similar role. Experience managing an office budget and vendor relationships is highly desirable
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- An organized and proactive individual with the ability to manage tasks and ensure careful attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian, and Armenian, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, vendors, and clients
- Good knowledge of office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other standard office technologies, such as printing and scanning equipment
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions independently
