About the Role

As an Operations Specialist, you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, ensuring our 24/7 gaming environment runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our customers, internal teams (such as IT, Marketing, CRM, and Support), and external partners. You will play a vital role in upholding strict industry compliance, resolving complex customer issues, and identifying operational risks.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and high standards of service delivery in a 24/7 gambling environment
  • Ensure strict adherence to all local and international gambling regulations, licensing requirements, and responsible gaming practices
  • Proactively identify and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and key internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, IT, CRM, CS, Verification and etc)
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the gambling sector, identifying opportunities for technological innovation and competitive advantage
  • Address the issues raised by customers and follow up until they are fully resolved
  • Publish content on company websites while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM, product development cycles, and customer analytics (experience within the iGaming context is highly preferred)
  • Proficiency in modern digital tools, workspace platforms, and productivity software
  • Strong analytical, logical and mathematical skills
  • Fluent in English and Armenian (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a strong asset
  • High level of professional integrity, work ethics, and discretion
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment
