Responsibilities:
Janazyan Projects is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to become an integral part of our forward-thinking organization.
The primary responsibility of the Operations Manager will be to handle post-sales transactions and execute administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Manage post-sales processes from order processing to organizing logistics issues.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Oversee administrative functions such as handling correspondence, scheduling meetings and document circulation.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure they have a positive experience․
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and new sales opportunities.
  • Identify areas of improvement to increase work efficiency
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or administrative role would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
