“Buymie” is looking for a “Operations Representative (Customer Support, Logistics Specialist)”.

Responsibilities:


- Create and implement operating procedures and standards to enhance the quality of delivered service by the Operations Department
- Hire and arrange a proper onboarding for the newcomers, and follow up on the development process
- Supervise department’s performance, analyze ongoing processes concerning their daily functions, and make sure all the necessary tools and resources are available for quality service
- Set personal goals for team members and help them reach those
- Assist team members who are experiencing difficulties in the discharge of their duties by providing personal coaching upon need
- Lead communication through the support and community teams 100’s of contractors in Ireland
- Manage communications and ensure compliance with legal requirements in Ireland
- Review and compile detailed presentations for senior management
- Provide a view on all issues facing the Irish contractor community
- Manage the team responsible for the distribution of orders
- Interact with Customers and Shoppers, handling escalations promptly
- Work with Product and Executive Leaders to improve contractors' user experience and develop strategies for cost-effective operations
- Do periodic analysis and reporting on the department’s performance, findings, opportunity areas, risks, and mitigation flows
- Initiate, plan, develop, and implement projects to help the company reach its quarterly and yearly targets

Required Qualifications:


- At least 3 years of experience in operations management, management consulting, and strategy work in a large business or growing startup
- Excellent presentation skills
- Understanding of CRMs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Strong team management skills to build and coach the best team to make it shine
- Ability to take initiative and easily adapt to a constantly changing work environment
- Willingness to be proactive and in contact with our Customers and Shoppers
- Experience using analytics tools and software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to develop data reports and published analysis
- Data-driven decision-making, Business judgment, Analytical thinking, and Creative mindset
