Buymie is looking for a Operations Representative (Customer Support, Logistics Specialist).

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement operating procedures and standards to enhance the quality of delivered service by the Operations Department
  • Hire and arrange a proper onboarding for the newcomers, and follow up on the development process
  • Supervise department’s performance, analyze ongoing processes concerning their daily functions, and make sure all the necessary tools and resources are available for quality service
  • Set personal goals for team members and help them reach those
  • Assist team members who are experiencing difficulties in the discharge of their duties by providing personal coaching upon need
  • Lead communication through the support and community teams 100’s of contractors in Ireland
  • Manage communications and ensure compliance with legal requirements in Ireland
  • Review and compile detailed presentations for senior management
  • Provide a view on all issues facing the Irish contractor community
  • Manage the team responsible for the distribution of orders
  • Interact with Customers and Shoppers, handling escalations promptly
  • Work with Product and Executive Leaders to improve contractors' user experience and develop strategies for cost-effective operations
  • Do periodic analysis and reporting on the department’s performance, findings, opportunity areas, risks, and mitigation flows
  • Initiate, plan, develop, and implement projects to help the company reach its quarterly and yearly targets
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations management, management consulting, and strategy work in a large business or growing startup
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Understanding of CRMs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Strong team management skills to build and coach the best team to make it shine
  • Ability to take initiative and easily adapt to a constantly changing work environment
  • Willingness to be proactive and in contact with our Customers and Shoppers
  • Experience using analytics tools and software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to develop data reports and published analysis
  • Data-driven decision-making, Business judgment, Analytical thinking, and Creative mindset
