Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily poker game operations across the network to ensure stable gameplay
  • Configure and maintain poker tournaments, including buy-ins, prize pools, structures, rebuy/add-on settings, and tournament schedules
  • Manage promotional mechanics such as missions, leaderboards, and special tournament series
  • Investigate gameplay-related issues reported by partners, including tournament logic, rebuy/add-on rules, and game behavior
  • Act as the operational contact for partners regarding poker gameplay, tournament configuration, and product functionality
  • Coordinate with Product, Development, and QA teams to resolve technical issues and improve poker features
  • Support testing and validation of new poker releases, features, and fixes before deployment
  • Track and manage partner requests and internal tasks through ticketing systems
  • Ensure poker network rules and configurations are applied consistently across partners
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in iGaming operations, specifically focused on Poker or similar peer-to-peer products
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Sports Management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the online poker ecosystem and current market trends
  • Proven ability to manage complex game configurations and tournament schedules without errors
  • Ability to act as a reliable point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Skill in identifying and investigating logic-based issues within gaming software
  • Readiness to support network operations during high-traffic tournament series or special events
  • Precision in managing buy-ins, prize pools, and complex game rules
  • The ability to investigate and resolve technical gameplay issues
  • Taking full ownership of tasks from the ticketing stage to final resolution
  • Maintaining focus and stability in a fast-paced network environment
