Overview
Responsibilities:
- Scout for professionals, experts, and educators worldwide with expertise in various fields to lead workshops at TU- MO
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential workshop leaders, both individuals and organizations, to expand our network of experts
- Proactively reach out to prospective workshop leaders through various channels, including social media, professional networks, industry-specific platforms, and direct communication
- Manage all logistical aspects of the workshop leaders' participation, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and workshop scheduling, to ensure a smooth experience
- Assist in promoting workshops and educational programs led by global professionals, aiming to attract students and participants
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Business, or Education)
- Proven experience in outreach, relationship building, or talent acquisition, preferably in an educational or cultural institution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using various outreach channels, social media platforms, and industry-specific networks
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
- Passion for education, creativity, and cultural exchange
