We are seeking a Paid Ads & Email Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads. In this role, you will drive targeted outreach through paid media, email, and LinkedIn automation while supporting integrated campaign strategies across the funnel. Project Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute paid media ads campaigns, mainly through LinkedIn and Google.
  • Consult on integrated campaigns framework execution.
  • Executing sales outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn
  • Research and identify companies and contacts that match the project’s ICP
  • Consult on audience composition to maximize integrated campaign performance
  • Leverage market intelligence platforms to get required data for integrated campaign execution (6 Sense, Lusha, SalesNavigator)
  • Leverage marketing automated platforms to maximize efficiency in campaign execution (Pardot, Phantombuster, Expandi)
  • Enrich and validate contact and company data.
  • Analyze competitors’ strategy to benchmark our campaigns
  • Stay up to date with Google/LinkedIn Ads developments
  • Work with designers to produce campaign visual assets
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in paid ads.
  • Excellent self-management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
Nice To Have:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Background in working with remote or distributed teams.
